YoEnGTA offers custom digital products created from photographs, images, and information provided by the customer.
Our products are digital and are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical products unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.

By using our website and making a purchase, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction or that you have the appropriate authorization to do so.
3. Information Provided by the Customer
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- A valid email address.
- Photographs or images required to create the product.
- Specific instructions related to personalization.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly submitted information provided by the customer.
4. Photographs and Images Provided
The customer represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorizations to use the photographs and images they provide to us.
Customers must not submit content that infringes copyrights, image rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or any other third-party rights.
We reserve the right to reject any order containing illegal, offensive, or potentially infringing content.
5. Photograph Quality
The final quality of the product may directly depend on the quality of the images provided by the customer.
Blurry, low-resolution, poorly lit, partially obstructed, or otherwise low-quality photographs may affect the final result.
When necessary, we may request a new photograph before continuing with the work.
6. Production and Delivery Time
Our products are created individually and customized for each customer.
The standard production and delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, starting from the time we have correctly received all required information, photographs, and materials necessary to begin the order.
Business days generally do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
The 3-to-5-business-day timeframe is an estimate and may occasionally vary due to:
- High demand.
- The need to request new photographs.
- Incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Additional modifications requested by the customer.
- Technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we require additional information from the customer, the production timeframe may be paused until that information is received.
7. Product Delivery
The product will be delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout or through the delivery method specified on our website.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their spam or junk mail folder.

Our products involve a creative and artistic process.
Images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes and are intended to serve as examples of the general style of the product.
Because each product is created using different photographs, people, backgrounds, and individual characteristics, the final result may differ from the examples shown.
We do not guarantee that the final product will be identical to any reference image.
9. Corrections and Modifications
If the product contains an error attributable to our team or does not reasonably follow the original instructions provided by the customer, we may make a correction at no additional cost.
Changes in preference requested after the work has begun or has been completed, and which were not part of the original instructions, may be subject to an additional fee.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are digital and personalized, once the production process has begun, cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted.
Refund requests related to errors, technical issues, or other circumstances will be evaluated in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
